What is Workforce Housing Eligibility? Verification that at least one adult, non-dependent member of the household occupying the unit lives or works full time in Cook County, Minnesota or has a bona fide offer of full-time employment within Cook County commencing within 3 months of the time of application. Please see the Tenant Selection Plan for all eligibility requirements.
How much is the rent? The current rent is: 1 bedroom $930 per month & 2 bedroom $1290 per month. The occupancy guidelines for this property are no more than two persons per bedroom.
How much is the Security Deposit? Security deposit amounts are equal to one month's rent and are required to be paid when the lease is signed and prior to move-in.
Is there an Application/Screening Fee? Yes, the fee is $55 per Application and the cost covers the required background screening fee. All adults in the household do need to be screened.
What utilities do Residents pay? Heat, electric, water, sewer, and garbage are all included in your rent. Residents would pay for telephone and cable television if they desire those services.
Are pets allowed? Pets may be allowed, with Management's prior written permission.
What type of parking is available? Surface parking is available at Four Direction Dwellings.
Are background checks run? Credit, rental, and criminal reports are run on all prospective Residents age 18 and over by the third-party company, Tenant Check. All applicants must meet the required screening criteria.

Please know that we can only accept fully completed Application Packets. Applications will be processed in the order that they are received and when there is apartment availability. If there is not immediate availability, you will be placed on the Waiting List. When you approach the top of the Waiting List, you will be contacted to determine if you are still interested in an apartment. You will pay the $55 background screening fee only if you remain interested in an available unit.
